This tremendously rich, striking fabric pattern combines the psychedelic art of the Flower Power era with its origins in oriental imagery such as paisley style patterns, which is found here in flamboyantly detailed symbols and elements. Forms borrowed from nature, such as stylised blossoms and leafy vines, culminate in round ornaments reminiscent of ripe fruit cut in half. As in a mandala, the eye gets lost in the richness of shapes and colours. Fabric composition is 95% cotton and 5% linen and suited to home upholstery.
