Good to know

How many rolls do I need?

Use the wallpaper calculator, or "How many rolls do I need?" on any product page, which allows for the pattern repeat. Order all your rolls together so they come from the same batch.

Can I order a sample?

Yes. Most papers have a sample, usually A4, and up to 6 samples are delivered free. A sample is the best way to check colour and texture in your own room.

Why does the batch number matter?

Rolls from different production batches can vary slightly in shade. Rolls ordered together always come from one batch; if you're topping up an earlier order, add its batch number on the product page and we'll match it.

Can I return wallpaper?

Most unused rolls can be returned: tell us within 14 days of delivery and send them back within 30. Some brands charge a 25% restocking fee on returns made after 14 days. Papers that are printed or made to order, and murals, can't be returned. Each product page tells you which applies.

How long will delivery take?

Every product page shows its own delivery time and an estimated arrival date. Delivery is free on UK mainland orders over £100; Northern Ireland, the Highlands and islands are charged at checkout.

Do you offer trade accounts?

Yes, for interior designers, decorators and commercial projects. Find out about trade accounts.

Eijffinger Wallpaper

Eijffinger began in 1875, when Anna Eijffinger and her husband Theo opened a shop selling embroidery and wallpaper in The Hague, directly across from the Royal Palace Noordeinde. Within a year they had given up the embroidery and devoted themselves entirely to walls. Nearly a century and a half later, Eijffinger still draws its designs in its own Dutch studio, still prints in the Netherlands, and still describes itself, rather wonderfully, as a house of outspoken wallpaper.

That confidence runs through the collections our customers love most. Twist is full of graphic lines and silhouette shapes, with sculptural motifs, dancing leaves and an abstract sunset. Museum is Eijffinger at its most classical, florals and abstracts lifted by rich, maximalist colour, from velvety flock to softly ribbed paper. Masterpiece brings dramatic florals, murals and sumptuous semi-plains, and Canvas translates grasscloth, raw silk, washed linen and sisal into wide-width vinyl wallcoverings.

The story that explains Eijffinger best is Magnifique. For the first time in its history, the Mauritshuis museum in The Hague gave Eijffinger's designers access to its collection, and details from 17th-century Dutch masterpieces have been reimagined as wallpaper.

Among the newest arrivals, Tonal Textures is a study in quiet character, with fine linen weaves, low relief herringbones and clouded plaster effects. Roots draws on marks that have travelled through generations, from willow leaf trails to the soft blur of a hand-dyed ikat, and Waterfront gathers dried meadow blossoms, cloudscapes and wind-blown grass. Look too at the warm, autumnal Amber, the ornate, shimmering Gilded, and the playful Pip Studio 5 and Mini Me.

For something to hang across every wall, Unify brings together over a hundred beautifully considered plain wallpapers, and Linen Look offers a softly woven texture in a wide palette.
