Yes. We strongly recommend ordering a sample, as colours and textures can vary from what you see on your screen.
To order, simply use the drop-down menu on the product page and select “Sample” instead of “Roll.” Samples are sent by post. Wherever possible, we send as large a sample as possible.
Please note: Opened rolls cannot be returned.
- UK Mainland orders start at £5.95, exlcuding Scottish Highlands.
- Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and remote areas may be more expensive and are postcode-dependent.
- We always ship as affordably as possible and will confirm costs at checkout.
- Orders over £100 to UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) qualify for free delivery.
- Omexco wallpaper has a £40 handling fee (shown at checkout).
- For other areas or international shipping, email sales@wallpapersales.co.uk or call 01924 379992 for a quote.
Some brands cannot be shipped outside the EU – check the product page for details.
- In-stock items: 1–5 working days
- Some brands (Caselio, Casadeco, Casamance, Today Interiors, Thibaut, Anna French): up to 2 weeks
- Express services may be available for certain brands – contact us for a quote
If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
Yes, but some brands cannot be shipped outside the EU.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns on international shipments.
- You may be liable for import duties and taxes – check with your local customs office before ordering.
- If goods are returned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping costs and courier handling charges will be deducted from any refund.
You can return unopened wallpaper rolls (cellophane intact, in resellable condition) unless the product is cut-to-order, printed-to-order, or ordered in specifically for you.
To start a return:
- Use our Returns Portal (fastest method) — we’ll provide you with a shipping label and deduct the return cost from your refund, or
- Email us at sales@wallpapersales.co.uk
Key points:
- Notify us within 14 days of receipt.
- Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be securely packaged, we cannot refund damaged returns.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Wallpaper/fabric sold by the metre
- Paint (mixed to order)
- Rugs (made to order)
- Wall murals, panoramiques and wall panels (ordered in per requirements)
- International orders
Designer brands such as Anna French, Romo, Sandberg, and Thibaut may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Faulty goods: Must be reported before hanging. Please provide samples and labels for inspection.
- Damaged goods: Must be reported within 2 working days of delivery and signed for as damaged with the courier.
We cannot consider claims once the product has been used, as this is considered acceptance.
Yes, we always send the same batch per order unless agreed otherwise.
If you order more rolls later, please contact us to ensure batch matching.
We cannot be held responsible for mismatched batches if no batch request is made on any subsequent orders.
No. Fabric cut to length is non-returnable.
We recommend ordering a sample first and checking before cutting or processing.
Faulty fabric will be replaced like-for-like after inspection.
No. Rugs are made to order and cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered.
No. Paint is mixed to order and non-returnable.
We recommend ordering a tester pot first.
