What comes with the account
An account is free of charge for designers and decorators, to open and to keep.
Free samples and trade pricing

- •Samples are free on a trade account, and you can have as many as the scheme requires.
- •We get them in the post the same day wherever we possibly can.
- •Trade pricing appears at checkout where eligible. Nothing to remember and no code to type.
- •Trade discounts on certain houses, and on larger orders. Ask us to price a whole scheme and we will do our best on all of it.
- •Your client never sees your pricing. It applies only when you are signed in to your own account.
- •Payment terms on application, once we have got to know each other a little.
Personalised service
Someone from our team who knows you and your projects.
- •A member of our team is assigned to you, with a name and a direct line, familiar with your projects.
- •Advice whenever you want it, from people who see these collections every day.
- •We will check stock and lead times with the mill and come back to you, usually the same day.

A quick check
Just a website, an Instagram or a company name, so we know who we are looking after. A VAT number is welcome but we do not need one.
We ring you
Someone from our small team opens the account and gives you a call, usually the next working day, and sorts out samples for whatever is on your desk that morning.
That is it
Trade pricing applies at checkout where eligible, and your samples are free from then on.
