Holden Décor Wallpaper

Holden Décor makes wallpaper for everyday homes with a good eye for what is happening in interiors. The range is broad and cheerfully varied: textured plains and fabric effects, marble and stone, painterly geometrics, glass bead finishes and characterful tropical prints, many of them designed to work as a feature wall or across all four walls of a room.

The bestselling collection by some distance is Opus, a heavyweight range printed on Italian vinyl. It spans durable fabric effect plains such as Loretta, which suit busy hallways and family rooms, gentle rippled textures like Ondulato, and decorative prints including Bilbury, a classic floral with an embroidered look, and Allora, with its stylised dandelion heads on shimmering stems. Alongside it, Statement brings quality printed feature designs, among them a medium scale tropical floral trail.

For something with a sense of humour, Wonderland Tropical is a lush jungle print with quirky details, iguanas in top hats and parrots wearing crowns. Honeycomb Bee sets a little bee motif inside a honeycomb geometric with shimmering metallic detail, and Vintage Floral is a charming mirrored floral entwined in scrolling vines, printed in Navy, Soft Teal and Cream with Ochre.

The newest arrival is Essence, built around patterns borrowed from nature: leopard print and snakeskin sit beside marble effects and quietly elegant leafy motifs, all handled in a refined, pared back way. Glass Bead is the more glamorous end of the range, with designs such as Enigma Beads and Horizon catching the light through real glass beads, and Portoro Marble adds a dramatic veined stone.

Elsewhere, Chevron Brush Marks uses painterly strokes that form a chevron stripe once hung, and Modern Wood Panel is a realistic panelling effect whose gentle shadowing gives it an almost three dimensional look.
