How to measure your walls
- Measure each wall separately. Use a tape measure along the bottom of the wall, from one corner to the other. Write each wall down on its own.
- Measure the whole wall, including doors and windows. Don't measure around them. You take them off in step 4.
- Measure the height from the top of the skirting board to the ceiling (or to the coving, if you have it). If the height varies, use the tallest point.
- Doors and windows: measure the width and height of each one you'll paper around.
- Only include walls you're papering. For a feature wall, that's just the one wall.
Measure in metres, for example 3.45 for three metres and forty-five centimetres. If you're unsure, measure twice.

Please order all your rolls together, so they come from the same production batch. Some people like to order a spare roll to keep for repairs.

Paste match
Ranold is a generously scaled tartan check with the soft, slightly blurred character of woven cloth. It was in the Sandberg range for many years as a traditionally printed paper and has been redrawn at a larger scale, giving a room a sophisticated but welcoming feel. Shown here in the Light Blue colourway.
