A collection of prints inspired by three ancient cultures of the Mediterranean. Mediterranea brings together Fresco Linen, with its plaster-soft, sun-warmed texture, and Papyrus, evoking the woven simplicity of ancient Egyptian craft — both rendered in a broad, beautifully muted palette spanning eau de nil, plaster, sand, ceramic and pumice through to deeper cocoa and chambray tones.
The result is a collection that feels less like printed pattern and more like the surfaces it draws from — sun-bleached, weathered and quietly ancient. Printed in-house at Lewis & Wood's Gloucestershire mill on their characteristic wide-width linen.
